Markdown Mode for Confluence is licensed under the standard end-user agreement that Atlassian provides for Marketplace apps, as shown on the app's Atlassian Marketplace listing. The provider-specific terms below add a few points about this app.

Provider-specific terms

1. Provider. The app is provided by PPFTEC S.R.L., Romania, registered office Str. Patriarh Iustinian Marina nr. 17-19B, bl. DC12, mansardă, ap. 25, Râmnicu Vâlcea, jud. Vâlcea, 240469, Romania, fiscal code (CUI) 55537142 ("Provider").
2. What the app does. The app lets users view and edit Confluence pages and blog posts as Markdown, publish them back to Confluence and create child pages from Markdown through Atlassian's APIs, acting as the signed-in user.
3. Data. The app runs on Atlassian Forge, has no Provider-operated servers and does not store or transmit customer content outside Atlassian. Details: Privacy policy.
4. Customer content. The customer remains responsible for the content its users write and save. Users should review the preview before publishing. Publishing creates a new version of the page; earlier versions remain in the Confluence page history. The app warns if a newer version was published since the page was opened, or if the Confluence editor holds unpublished changes.
