Reporting a security issue
If you think you have found a security vulnerability in a PPFTEC website or product, please tell us privately so we can fix it.
How to report
- Write to security@ppftec.com, in English or Romanian.
- Say which site or product is affected, what you found, the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could do with it.
- Please do not access, change or keep data that is not yours, do not disrupt the service and do not make the issue public before we have had a reasonable time to fix it.
What happens next
- We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days and to keep you informed while we work on a fix.
- We do not run a paid bug bounty programme.
- Some products publish their own security page with more detail, for example RezivoPro and Shieldbook.
